George Welcome came right up to us and introduced himself My husband and I walked into Bob King KIA of Winston Salem on Friday the 16th of September. George Welcome came right up to us and introduced himself to us. He was very knowledgeable of all the products being offered. In no time we were on the road trying out different automobiles. I went back on Saturday morning with my daughter to show her the car I liked before going to try out a few other dealerships. Long story short, we were back within an hour and a half and bough the car. Everyone from manager to finance personnel were very courteous and helpful. Monday I went back to get a little schooling on the car and how it operates and also bought some gear from the parts department. Again, Jack was very helpful. Every time I walk in the building everyone greets me. In some cases, I have had three or four offer to help. I just hope that the years I take my car in there for service are as pleasant as my initial visits. More
