Recently, I purchased a 2016 Soul from Bob King Kia. I was drawn to this car due to several aspects. First, my mother owns a Soul, which she bought from this dealership. She has driven it a little over a year now, and I have never heard her complain once. Secondly, when I saw the internet sale I was amazed at the affordable price. After making an inquiry, I was immediately contacted by an internet sales representative, Josh, who gave me great customer service. He was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle. Also, he set up my test drive without complaint despite the late time and rescheduling at multiple points. When I got to the dealership, Rodney actually helped me with purchasing the car. As a first time car buyer I was extremely nervous and did not now what to expect. Even though my inexperience was evident, I never felt that Rodney tried to take advantage of this. He was very patient, understanding, and personable. In addition, he went above and beyond to help me get my Soul for a reasonable price. When I arrived in town to make the purchase, Alan Bost initiated the paperwork and getting the car cleaned and Jay Barnes explained the details and warranties.
