I assure you the task was not easy, so this man is a saint in my eyes! Patrick was super efficient and pleasant. He did not try to sell me into a different car or try to talk me out of the car I wanted. He was extremely attentive and accommodating to my needs. I never felt lost or confused. Antwone was so great, he explained everything to me in a manner that was not overwhelming or intimidating as most finance conversations usually are. I did not feel pressured into add-ons I was not interested in and he answered all of my questions. I was very comfortable throughout the entire visit. I absolutely love and adore my car and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, especially anyone hesitant in buying a car. These guys make it easy. More

Great service, horrible cars Bought a 2004 Toyota sienna about 2 months ago an though my service was great my car was essentially a lemon. My sales representative Antwon Reid is a Bought a 2004 Toyota sienna about 2 months ago an though my service was great my car was essentially a lemon. My sales representative Antwon Reid is a liar. He promised me that my non-working sunroof would be fixed but once the sale was made he claimed it was out of his hands. I also later found out that when it rains outside it also rains in my car. Again "out of Bob king's hands" now the car won't start half the time without a jump. I'm disgusted with this dealership and would never recommend it to anyone. 10,000 bucks down the drain More

He did not try to talk me into more expensive options. All phases of the buying process were great. The dealership as a whole was very clean. My daughter and I were offered drinks and refreshments multiple times throughout the day. I offered to go sit somewhere else while we waited and the salesman did not shuffle me around. I have only bought a couple cars from other dealerships and I have never had this type of experience. I will recommend yhem to anyone looking to buy. I have already gave them a shout out in facebook.
