I was not pressured into any car, and no one argued even when I said I needed to go home and think about it first. Very nice people, all the way around. This would have been a 5 star rating except for one thing. And it's NOTHING that any of the sales people did, they were great. It's the price switch tactic and rebate qualifications, that Bob King offers. This is not my first buying experience with Bob King, I have gone with friends to his dealerships in the past, so I'm aware that what you see on the internet as the price for a car, is not the price you are going to see on the lot. Still, I find this very disappointing. I wish that Bob King would put down the price of the car, as it is, and if any rebates are available, either show those once you are in the store (I mean what a surprise to find out if you qualify for a rebate) or to list the rebates, clearly and separately with the TOTAL price on the internet site. While I knew I was not going to get the internet price, because like I said I was aware that he does this, I was very, very pleased with the work the sales people and finance department did to get me the car I wanted for a reasonable price and with very reasonable credit. They really surprised me on how good of a interest rate they were able to get me with my credit score. (Bad credit is the bane of not owing anyone any money.) Anyhow, I would highly recommend Bob King Kia, just be prepared to know the prices you see on the internet are not a realistic expectation when you walk into the store, unless you meet those rebate criteria, which many (if not most) won't. 4.5 stars.
