Unexpected Blessing I didn't expect to leave Bob King Kia with a car like I did this past Saturday. Previous interactions with other dealerships left me with a "bad taste I didn't expect to leave Bob King Kia with a car like I did this past Saturday. Previous interactions with other dealerships left me with a "bad taste in my mouth." At other companies I had issues with cars during test drives, fast talking salesman, being told, "We sell 90 cars a month...," and the like. Thus, I sought a trip to Bob King Kia just to get an overall vibe of the dealership and to discuss with my mom if they'd be worth my business. Though I read and heard great things about them before, my hesitance about being at yet another dealership was high. But boy did they exceed my expectations!! From the moment Brian Pilcher approached, we were treated with respect and kindness. He sat down with us and really took time to understand our situation. And then, he got to work. Where another dealer failed to explain credit issues, Brian offered not only an explanation, but a way to fix it. He was adamant that he would get me into a car. When he had to leave his desk, he came back to check on us and keep us updated. When we had to leave for a brief, pre-scheduled appointment, Brian made sure we'd be in good hands with his manager, Scott, should he be occupied upon our return. When we arrived back, we were told we would likely have to finish up on Monday. But just as we were leaving, an opportunity came through. Brian showed me a car and told me, "All you have to do is tell me you want it." From there a deal was sealed. Not only was he able to get me in a car, but a 2015 Kia Forte at that! Then we met with Antwone Clark in finance. He was very personable, humorous, and treated us like we knew one another. He even teased me about my mom's nickname for me. Never once did I feel pressured, rushed, or intimidated while in his office. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. He also reassured me at different times that he would not allow me to sign anything "wrong." Both guys were truly great. Brian made sure my car was clean and helped me use navigate controls in my car. I've even received a follow up/courtesy call and mail from him as well. I could probably go on because I can't say enough good things about Brian, Antwone, and their team. The whole process took less than 3 hours too! I truly thank God for their help and my decision to visit Bob King Kia that day. Truly, nobody beats Bob King Kia! More

A whole new experience The car buying experience at Bob King Kia was nothing like i expected. The first car i bought myself was in Illinois, at a dealer. I knew the owner so it was pretty much, here it is, this is the cheapest you can get it and i signed. I figured when I was going to go to a dealership it was going to be a hassle. When i pulled in i was comfortable, I did not have people running at me, trying to secure a customer with the words hello. I walked in the doors and I was greeted by the receptionist with an offer of drinks and food, which was great because I was parched. She then introduced me to my sales representatives, Andrew Phillips and Sales manager Scott Mcleod. They were both exceedingly great with their customer service. I am a very particular customer I assumed all my questions were eventually going to annoy them, they were not at all once pressuring me or aggravated with the game of 21 questions i played with them They walked me through the whole deal step by step and answered every single question I had with honesty and professionally. Providing me with my used car Car Fax, service records of when the car was traded in, during that time Andrew pulled up the beautiful 2007 Lexus IS 250. It was immaculately clean. I was very happy with their product knowledge of a vehicle that is not their Kia product. I was in and out of the dealership with the car that I have desired since I received my license at 16 years of age within 2 hours. I took the day of work planning to be there the whole day haggling and negotiating prices.
