There are no words!! I have done business with Bob King Kia of Winston-Salem before and it was a great experience. This time was ever more of a sensational experience than I have done business with Bob King Kia of Winston-Salem before and it was a great experience. This time was ever more of a sensational experience than the last. I walked in and met with Rodney. I told him my intentions and exactly what I was looking for. He was so kind and helpful and understanding of my needs and wants for a new vehicle. He didn't make me feel pressured to purchase a car but he offered me a deal I could not refuse! Between Rodney and Devon I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Bob King Kia not to mention I purchased an Optima from them years ago and liked it so much I bought another one. I have had a rough year between a nasty separation and my credit not being that great because of it and the awesome people at Bob King Kia have given me a second chance to rebuild my life! Rodney said I'm not a customer I am his family! That's a great feeling! I look forward to going up there for service and I feel like I can share my concerns with them and they will gladly solve any issues to my satisfaction. A++++ Service and I LOVE my new car!! Friendly and no pressure, it was a nice change I have to say I hate shopping for cars, especially at dealerships. That being said, this dealership made it as comfortable as possible and I felt very I have to say I hate shopping for cars, especially at dealerships. He was never pushy but asked questions to find what we might be interested in what kind of payment we were interested in and proceded to work it out! He had time for our questions and was very knowledgeable. Papers were then sent to Antown Clark. Who finished up the experience with everything we had been looking for. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Kia and will definitely recommend Brian and Antoun to others who want a smooth and pleasing experience buying a new vehicle. Thanks guys!!! More

Ah-mazing! Don't get me wrong it wasn't a day at the spa......they are still a dealership BUT my salesmen Stephen Grace is the friendliest, compassionate (yeah r Don't get me wrong it wasn't a day at the spa......they are still a dealership BUT my salesmen Stephen Grace is the friendliest, compassionate (yeah really) and honest salesmen I have ever met and that made mine and my 2year olds experience there wonderful. I have already taken my sister up there to look for a vehicle. I walked in with a problem and the idea of the vehicle I was going to leave with and Stephen and his team fixed my problem far and above better than what I expected and put me in a vehicle that ended up being so much better for my son and I.... and I LOVE IT! the worst service department employee I would never reccomend bob king kia for the simple fact that Tommy Depaulis is such a rude arrogant person. I recently had issues with a car I bought I would never reccomend bob king kia for the simple fact that Tommy Depaulis is such a rude arrogant person. I recently had issues with a car I bought from there and just from having it serviced and dealing with Tommy. I ask for a loaner and his response was oh" we don't do that here was a lie because I casually walked the lot and looked at a car and a sales person came up and I point blank asked him about loaners, guess what! he said of course we do. The next week that same car was in a deer coillision so of course I had to deal with Tommy. We got the same attitude.again no loaner just pure I don't give a crap. I told him then that I would never deal with that dealership ever again. We had to go purchase a rental, the next day I went by Carolina Hyundai kia to check on the status of the car I bought from them and let me tell you Carolina hyunda kia has never refused me a loaner. To wrap this story up I bought a new hyundai instead of getting the car at bob king fixed. So, you see Tommy Depaulis I proved my point of never dealing with you again. We now have 2 Hyundais from Carolina hyundai kia in HighPoint. Im sure losing one customer to bob king is no big deal, but think about long term because word of mouth travels pretty fast and it has already begun. So, thank you Tommy for giving me the opportunity to buy from Carolina, just like I told you and for also allowing me to spread the word. More
