As a first time buyer, I was extremely leery but very positive about getting a car. My grandmother and I had been to several other dealerships and felt like none of them were able to help us within the p positive about getting a car. As soon as we met Mr.Rodney, he was full of personality and positive energy and expressed to us that if we wanted a car, we would in fact receive one. After filling out the paperwork, talking to Rodney about our expenses and our price range, he was able to find me a car within my price range that I fell in love with. His attention to detail and excellent customer service allowed us to aquire a very nice vehicle that we are most satisfied with both the automobile and price. She made sure we understood all of the options avaialbe to us and answered all of our questions. After the paperwork was finished, Justin aquainted us with many of the car's features and controlls. I bought two KIA's from another dealership but had them serviced at BOB KING. John was great to deal with and always advised me on the things that needed to be done to the cars. John was great! I went back to work and chatted with Stacey who was really helpful and got all the information about the car I had seen on there lot. She then introduced me to Brian who was very helpful. He made this entire process fit my schedule. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a new car to see Bob King Kia. Now I have a 2014 Kia Optima and a 2012 Kia Optima.
