My experience purchasing the new 2013 Kia Optima EX with Leather and Tech package from Bob King Kia spanned over a few days. I talked with Terry Stevenson about what my options were regarding the trade in v Leather and Tech package from Bob King Kia spanned over a few days. I talked with Terry Stevenson about what my options were regarding the trade in value of my current vehicle, a 2011 Kia Forte Koup SX, which was purchased from Bob King Kia 2 years ago. After a test drive of an EX model Optima with all options, we sat down and went over what my current vehicle was worth and that it appeared that the dealership would not be able to pay off what I still owed on it. Although I was not able to reach a deal I actually was the first to give Terry a call back that evening because I still believed a deal could be made and all the employees there that day loved my current vehicle and would have loved to be able to work something out with me. A few days later I was invited back to talk with Terry about what my options were. I walked in knowing what I wanted my numbers to be and was willing to leave empty handed if a deal could not be made. After talking with Terry, Scott McLeod talked with me and basically told me our numbers were too far apart. As I was leaving Terry chatted with me and told me that the managers were going to work something out, they ended up giving me an even better deal than what I originally requested and we shook hands on the deal. Regarding financing, I dealt with Jay Barnes. He gave me an excellent apr and even found a few extra dollars to refund me from my old vehicle that was traded in. At the end of the day, everyone I dealt with at Bob King Kia treated me with respect and gave me the best deal possible. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a great car with a great warranty. I personally would purchase another vehicle from Bob King Kia, but not for awhile! More

Everything about our experience was great! Our salesman, David was great! Everyone was very patient with us and never got frustrated with us every time we said "no". We left with a 2013 Kia Sorento and could not be happier! We will definitely refer others to Bob King Kia! More

Our experience with Bob King Kia ended up being a good experience. My wife and I had a couple of issues right after purchasing our vehicle. But after these issues were communicated properly, everyone we experience. My wife and I had a couple of issues right after purchasing our vehicle. But after these issues were communicated properly, everyone we dealt with followed up and made us feel like our concerns were important to them, and worked to resolve them. They showed great customer service after the sale. This is much more important and valuable than any "initial purchase experience" review. Any dealership can be nice and helpful to you while you are shopping for a vehicle. But it shows great integrity of a team that wants to please their customers after the sale. I have never had this great of after-sale customer service from an auto dealership in the 20+ years that I have been buying cars. We are very pleased, and humbled, and would definitely recommend Bob King Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Had a terrible experience with a Kia before. Was very nervous about this experience. I am a twenty three year old teacher, my parents were with me. Brian talked to me as well as them. We visited Bob King Kia on June 25 2013 to look around at a couple vehicles we saw online. We were greeted by Damion when we arrived and he was very friendly and professional. He went on a test drive with us and talked with us about the vehicle. He spoke with us about our trade in vehicle and worked with us to get us a deal we could be happy with. We were very pleased with his assistance. We also spoke to Donna Lineberry and she was also very friendly and professional. She also worked with us to make sure we were pleased with the deal. We left in a new Soul and we were very happy with the service we received at the Kia dealership. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend the dealership and salesman to friends and family. More

My experience with Terry at Bob King was superior. On the test drive, Terry explained to me all of the aspects of the Kia Soul that made it special, and all the features of the exact car I was interested in test drive, Terry explained to me all of the aspects of the Kia Soul that made it special, and all the features of the exact car I was interested in that set it apart as the best value for what I wanted in a new car. The car itself surpassed my expectations because it was so beautiful, clean, and very smooth to drive. The car had many desirable features that I did not even know were available until Terry showed me. Terry took an interest in my family and I and went above and beyond anything I expected from a salesperson to ensure I was not just happy with my purchase, but overjoyed. I love my new car, and I am grateful to have worked with such a caring staff at Bob King. More

In the beginning I was completely terrified to buy a car. Once my husband, mother-in-law and I set foot on the car lot the other day, Terry Stevenson welcomed us with open arms. Though there was some anticipation with buying a new car, Terry tried to make us as comfortable as possible. I am very apprehensive when it comes to driving any new car, but my family purchased a manual and though Terry knew how "scared" I was of driving one, he made sure that I stayed as comfortable as possible and would always reassure me that no matter, in due time, I would learn to drive a manual. He even tried to reassure me by trying to give me a little lesson in driving a manual. When someone takes time out of their own hands to help someone feel secure about getting behind the wheel of a new car, means a lot, and shows that they care about their client and have compassion for their fears. When you can make my husband and I laugh and make us feel like we are all friends and not just a salesman and a client, it truly does show what kind of man you really are. The day we came in to finish up our paperwork we brought our daughter and she is very hard to keep entertained and Terry stepped up and show his other side, he fatherly nature. He went and blew up a balloon and brought some crayons and coloring pages for my daughter, and to me, taking that time out of his day (which was already busy enough) meant the world to me! He made my daughter smile and laugh. Everyone we met through this process helped us tremendously, but Terry went above and beyond to help us out, and with that, I plan on purchasing another car from Kia in the near future and let anyone and everyone know that Kia is the place to go for a reliable car, and to meet with Terry Stevenson if you want your time of purchasing a car to go as calmly as possible! The service that I received from this location was a far better experience than other Kia Dealerships. They were honest and upfront with what was the best fit for me - my situation was a bit of a challenge better experience than other Kia Dealerships.
