Speedy service I was informed upon arrival that in addition to my oil change I had a repair needed for a recall. It was nothing crucial but I was at first concerned I was informed upon arrival that in addition to my oil change I had a repair needed for a recall. It was nothing crucial but I was at first concerned that it would take a lot of extra time. Instead the waiting time was a lot shorter than I expected. Also, the waiting room is a very pleasant area with a place you can talk on the phone without bothering others. Also, I appreciate the nice selection of magazines, the friendly face at the refreshment counter, and the knowledge of my service technician, Steele. Honda does customer service very well. It is a nice change of pace to talk to people who make eye contact and smile. Thank you! More
