Disappointed in this dealership, and sharing our experience in hopes others avoid this. Two years ago, my husband always brought coupons in which the dealership advertised. He never had a problem using an original coupon plus the BONUS 10% coupon they also offer. At times, they even gave him an additional 10% off for a military discount as well. However, a service nanager there would not honor the exact coupons when I went in, always giving me a difficult time. We spoke with the owner, and rectified the situation. For the past two years, we had great service with Eddie and Gary in the service Dept. No problem with the two coupons we always used. I recently scheduled our oil changes, and now Eddie and Gary are no longer working there, and the difficult service manager is back. I was appalled when he said Gary must have been paying out of pocket or doing something special for us because no way the oil changes would be so low. We were using Bob Mariano coupons, legitimate coupons as Mopar stated were legal. We were never using 6 coupons nor expected that. See the $62.24 full synthetic coupon I have attached which we were using plus the bonus coupon of 10%. I left a message for the owner, Mr. Duval, as I felt my husband and I had a professional conversation with him in the past. He called me back, and was not friendly and very confrontational. Stating he is in the business of car repairs and not oil changes, and no way the oil changes can be that low, and Gary must have been doing something himself. Wow. Oil changes and service are important. WE WERE USING BOB MARIANO COUPONS. Legal coupons. It is illegal to advertise coupons and then not honor them. There are federal and state laws for this. It can be reported to the FTC, AGs office, BBB, etc. He would not listen to me regarding the $62.24 coupons nor that his dealership has these coupons listed for use. He kept saying he doesn’t have to allow coupons if he doesn’t want to. No, he does not, but if they are advertised, he must legally honor them. He stated we could use the 2 for $130 this time, but never again. These coupons have an expiration of 12/2025 so, unless he takes them down, he needs to honor these coupons. I have attached pictures. I was spoken down to, and several times told he is never using coupons again. Customers for 4 or 5 years there, spent thousands on repairs, brakes, oil changes faithfully, etc…and were going to purchase two new vehicles soon from them, but we cancelled the oil changes, went to Bonneville & Sons, and had a great experience with their service department! Signed up for their 2 for $130 oil changes using their coupons for two vehicles, and meeting with a very nice Veteran salesman Monday regarding two new vehicles. Noone deserves to be treated like this. Unfortunate, frustrating and unprofessional. . More

Instead I was met with a flat quote of $165 just to look at the issue. I was less than 800 miles past warrantee. A little more courtesy and Basic customer service would have gone a long way such as - oh we have seen this message before or software update Instead - the lack of any customer service will lose them any future auto purchases from me! customer service is dead!!! Walked out of the dealership being yelled at by the sales manager because my wife and I didn't like the offer we were given. Recommend you buy elsewhere. That is if you want a reasonable deal. More

I had brakes installed 13,000 miles ago at Bob Mariano. I went in for a sticker a few days ago and they failed my vehicle for brakes and stated I would possibly have an issue with the emergency brake (whi I went in for a sticker a few days ago and they failed my vehicle for brakes and stated I would possibly have an issue with the emergency brake (which I never used).! Spoke with the Service manager who explained to me that if my vehicle sat in my paved driveway the brakes could rust and would give me $90 off the $500 installation and $90 off the $900 emergency brake correction. I went to get a "second opinion" at another Jeep dealership, they believe that when the brakes were installed they did not complete the service correct. More
