waste of time On two occasions I have been to Bob Mariano's both times with intent to purchase a car (neither time did I leave with one). On the first occasion I ha On two occasions I have been to Bob Mariano's both times with intent to purchase a car (neither time did I leave with one). On the first occasion I had brought my Jeep Cherokee (xj) in for a look at a leak in my cooling system that was causing overheating - turns out I had a bad head (99-01 jeep heads) and they wanted to do a head replacement and gasket replacement job - after much consideration I decided not to do any work because of the possibility of internal engine damage (if this had happened I would have been out more $$$ and still owed them for labor by which point I would have been better off buying an engine swap candidate car). I decided I would ask them what they had for sale for wranglers with 7k cash in hand. The wrangler I saw was a "wholesale" wrangler and looked like someone had done a half assed wire job for some "mods". I was offered this wrangler for my 7k + a 5k loan and they would guarantee inspection. After asking them what they thought it would need for inspection I was told that they would have to look it over to find out. This made no sense to me that they would offer to sell a car they would deem inspectable for a sale on a loan, "as is" without at least knowing it didnt need any major work. They then offered to sell it wholesale for a cash amount of ~10k and I decided I wasnt interested in such an odd business practice. The second time around I brought a titled 2016 with less than 20k miles on it and they didnt even give me the time of day for an appraisal - instead they went straight into offering me a finance into a new car while "retaining equity" as they called it. If you need financial advice come to Bob Mariano's. I then asked them what they had for wranglers in my price range on a trade in and was told the wrangler for that price he has "has over 100k miles and I wont sell it to you even if you did want it" After being told that we wont find the price/mileage of the car we were looking for we found a well-known dealership that specialized in selling multiple brands and lo and behold they had a wrangler that suited what we were looking for. They lost out on 2 easy sales because on both days I have been to bobs I left with a car later that day from a different lot. More

Dishonest Service Department that does not stand behind work This is one of the worst service departments at a dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased tires here and after 20k miles, all 4 had prematurel This is one of the worst service departments at a dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased tires here and after 20k miles, all 4 had prematurely rotted and cracked. The service department denied any issues with the tires; only after I brought written opinions from 2 other shops that the tires were prematurely worn and dangerous to drive on did they acknowledge the need for replacement. But they didn't assist us in filing any claim with the manufacturer to get reimbursement; instead, they told me to go to another shop to deal with the warranty claim. When I took the tires to the other shop, they were amazed that the original installer (this dealer) didn't deal with the problem themselves. From this experience, I've concluded that they are very dishonest and do not stand behind their products. I would not recommend any major service work here; I cannot speak for their sales department. More
Cane in for information an possible paint campain I came in to the dealership to ask about some questions about bubbling paint on my hard top and was treated as I was I'll informed and frankly dumb. Given run around and told the advisor he couldn't help me or look up any information. Was told that bubble can happen with "rust" the too is fiberglass... not happy wit my visit. Just buying this vehicle not from this dealer and after this I won't go there again. More

Customer for life I purchased my jeep from a different dealership used but was recommended to have my service done at Mariano's and now I know why. everyone was extrem I purchased my jeep from a different dealership used but was recommended to have my service done at Mariano's and now I know why. everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sire I had a great overall experience. So I am compelled to tell you. From given a written estimate for service to the phone calls to keep me up dated on the work. I was happy that they were thorough. And knowing it was not done they gave me a loaner car.and the sales manager was very honest with me about trade value and helped me make the best decision for me. Where other dealerships only care about making a sale I believe this dealership wants customers for a lifetime! I know they have me . More
DO NOT BUY FROM... If you're in the market for a new car I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Sales man (Jeff) and Finance Manger (Bob) are both typical and a FROM... In my recent purchase they did nothing but push for a fast transaction and even after multiple times of bring told NO I'd like to think about it. If you have to do business at this dealer STAY AWAY from both of these guys. Over all I recommend to SHOP ELSEWHERE. More

A straight up disclosure of their workable price was set and I chose to drive the hour plus to see the vehicle. When I arrived for a scheduled visit the truck was prepped and warmed up for my inspection. I was welcomed to view the vehicle and take it for a test drive, solo, for as long as I wanted. Wow! That just blew me away! The salesman contact was courteous, professional, and friendly. We negotiated my trade, as I required, and set a delivery for the following day after financing approval came with a favorable rate. Top notch. More
