Wonderful Experience! I purchased a Sante FeSport through Paul Moore at Bob Mayberry. Paul was wonderful and took very good care of me and my husband. Mr. King is soft spoken, personable and worked hard to find a vehicle and price that I was satisfied with. The dealership is comfortable, everyone was friendly and as I waited I enjoyed a few diet cokes. I arrived at 2:30pm and drove off in my new Santa Fe at 7:15pm. I was extremely happy with my financing experience with Ted Kipp. He was able to match my extremely low interest rate from my credit union. Both of them took their time to really explain the vehicle and financing options giving valid, understandable examples to help me with my decisions. They have my vote for the #1 dealership in N.C. My experience with Clayton King was excellent - he had complete and thorough knowledge of not only the Elantra, but the other cars I was considering in it's class. A no pressure sales environment, proving to be an educational experience, allowing me to compare the specific highlights of the vehicle to others I tested. On my return, I was greeted in a friendly and warm manner, and guided through an easy car buying experience that left me feeling like I not only got a good deal, but feeling positive about the ongoing service I would be provided at the dealership. Dustin Speights in finance also quickly and knowledgeably guided us through an easy financing. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Clayton as a buyer's assistant to anyone in the market, and I will be a return buyer. More

Our Salesperson, Clayton Kin I recently purchased a new Hyundai Elantra at Bob Mayberry Hyundai and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. Our Salesperson, Clayton King, was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and personable. You could tell that he was being honest with us - which is a really big deal when looking for a new car. He made what can be an otherwise painstaking and overwhelming experience quite simple and enjoyable. Clayton also called a few days after our purchase to make sure all was great with our new car and dropped off an item we had left at the dealership to our home. Dustin Speights was also extremely helpful when going over our contract and financing options. He moved through the what can seem to be mountains worth of paperwork quickly while still making sure we understood everything we were signing. He also called a few days after our purchase to make sure we had "crossed out t's and dotted our i's" with our insurance - which we hadn't yet. I will definitely recommend Bob Mayberry Hyundai to everyone - and especially Clayton and Dustin. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to make our buying experience as easy as possible. ...And the car is terrific too! More

Outstanding Customer Experience/Outstanding Automobile! Discovered the Hyundai Equus at the Charlotte NC Auto Show. Thought I was in the market for a Lexus until I saw the Equus. Wow, what a car! The ne Discovered the Hyundai Equus at the Charlotte NC Auto Show. Thought I was in the market for a Lexus until I saw the Equus. Wow, what a car! The next week I went for a test drive. Everyone at Bob Mayberry Hyundai including Kenny Parrish my salesperson and Dustin Speights who processed my paperwork was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However the "King" of service is Clayton King, no pun intended. Clayton patiently oriented me to a car that is so loaded in extras. Seriously the car practically drives itself and has all the safety features I wanted included in the base price of the car. Clayton has followed up with me several times, went "beyond the call of duty" to secure my tag (my fault there was a problem) and is just a great guy and tremendous asset for the dealership. But most importantly, I truly believe that he is totally vested in making sure that I have a wonderful experience as a Hyundai Equus owner! As a retired Senior Bank Executive, I know retail management and I know outstanding service. You get it at Bob Mayberry Hyundai! And, I love my car!!! More
