I contacted Paul Moore, the Internet Sales Manager, and we discussed the vehicle and numbers via email in a matter of minutes. I scheduled a time to meet with Paul the next morning to see if we could come to an agreement on vehicle, trade and final out the door price. In a matter of minutes Paul informed me that the number I said I had to work with was exactly what they were willing to offer me out the door. No hassle, no haggle! We came to an agreement, I signed all of the paperwork with Dustin Speights, went over all of the car's features and was in and out in 2 hours. This was the quickest, most easy car buying experience I or anyone has ever had or heard of. Paul even took the time to transfer my car insurance for me before I left the dealership. I would recommend Bob Mayberry and Paul Moore to absolutely anyone. Bob Mayberry is a 5 star dealership and Paul Moore is a 5 star sales person. Go to Bob Mayberry Hyundai- first and last stop! After months of online research, I found the car we wanted, a 2014 Sonata, at a good price. On a Wednesday I started talking to Gerri Ann Bowman onli After months of online research, I found the car we wanted, a 2014 Sonata, at a good price. On a Wednesday I started talking to Gerri Ann Bowman online. She was very helpful, informative and nice. She's the front line for online inquiries and does an excellent job. With a little back and forth, we worked out an acceptable price and incentive deal. She then passed me along to Clayton King. He was very nice - not at all pushy. Came across more like "I'm here when you're ready". By the end of Wednesday I told Clayton we wanted the car. We handled the whole thing, including the trade-in, all online, within a day or two. Since we live around two hours away, it would be Saturday before we could make it to the dealership to pick up the car, although Clayton did offer to bring the car to us. We had requested a rear spoiler to be installed and were a little surprised that he would be able to have our car ready for pick up so soon. Due to a navigational error, we showed up a little late on Saturday, but that wasn't an issue for these guys. Clayton greeted us at the door and showed us directly to our new car. After a test drive and very thorough and helpful lesson on how to work all the car's features, we headed in to do the paperwork. My thought then was, everything I worked out on Wednesday is going to change. We were introduced to Ted Kipp who was also very pleasant to work with. As he was going over the numbers, it was all the same as I had worked out with Gerri Ann and Clayton, except one thing. Ted had gotten us a lower rate on our loan. That's one change I can't complain about. We went back out to our car for a little more much appreciated car acclimation. Clayton wanted to be sure we were comfortable in our new car as we would be taking the two hour trip back home in the dark. Clayton followed up with us a short time after our visit to make sure all was well. I had a few questions a week or so later and Clayton was very quick to respond to my texts with the answers. I would recommend anyone to Bob Mayberry Hyundai, particularly to Clayton King. They have good and fair pricing. Their employees are very helpful, sincere and not at all pushy. We first visited Bob Mayberry and was introduced to Gene Simmons, and he was very kind and polite. He realized we were not ready to purchase yet, therefore he backed off and let us have our time. He followed up with us by telephone, even though we didn't return his call. After much looking and haggling with other dealersips and salespeople, we went back to Bob Mayberry to see Gene. Since Gene was not there that day, we were intoduced to Paul Moore. Paul became a friend within the short time we were there. He wanted to sell a car, and he knew we were ready to buy. He was polite not to push us, gave us time to discuss, and was even willing to work with us concerning the price of the vehicle and resulted in a price we could live with. We purchased a 2014 Tuscon and Paul went over all the options of the vehicle for us, programmed my phone into bluetooth for me, and was just a pleasure to work with. Thank you Gene and Paul :) More
