Amy Austin immediately followed up with our inquiry the following morning and paired us up with an excellent salesperson, Clayton King. We drove from Winston-Salem, NC to Monroe, NC to drive and purchase the car. When we arrived, Clayton was prepared and ready to show us the vehicle. Clayton answered all questions thoroughly and was a joy to work with. He was a no pressure salesperson who was knowledgeable about the product making us feel comfortable at all times. Ted Kipp, in the finance office, was also very welcoming and helpful in financing our car with the lowest terms. We left with a new Hyundai feeling confident we paid a great price and would gladly drive the distance to this dealership again. Excellent Overall Experience I purchased a 2013 Sonata from another dealership last year & had a great experience at that time. I went in for my second oil change (roughly 10,000 I purchased a 2013 Sonata from another dealership last year & had a great experience at that time. I went in for my second oil change (roughly 10,000 miles) at this same dealership & was approached by a salesperson there about upgrading me to a 2014 Sonata for the same monthly payment I was already making. I tried working with that salesperson to finalize a deal, but ended up having a very terrible, unprofessional experience. I immediately left that dealership & began researching other Hyundai dealerships in the area & came across Bob Mayberry. Upon further review, I noticed that a salesperson there, Paul Moore, had gotten excellent reviews from his clients. I reached out to Paul immediately about the deal the other dealership was offering me to see if they could do the same deal. Throughout the entire process, Paul was professional, courteous, personable, & always prompt in responding to me. I am happy to say that we were able to get all the details finalized & they were able to get the deal done.
