Finally! A no hassle dealership.. It was such a pleasure to be treated with respect at a car dealership. Paul Moore was a pleasure to work with. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle without trying to "sell" the vehicle to me the entire time. I had experienced a couple of sales people at other dealerships who rode with me on a test drive and talked nonstop about the vehicle to a point I wanted to scream, PLEASE let me experience the ride! Paul was gracious, quiet and was there only to answer my questions. Upon arrival back to the lot, he then walked me around the vehicle and showed me all the features. After I told him I was interested in this particular vehicle we went inside to talk about the purchase and he was very respectful of my time and we had an agreed upon transaction within an hour from the moment I arrived at the lot. That is HUGE to me as I had spent over 3 hours on two different occasions at two different dealerships in the area without coming to an agreement to purchase. My mother and I visited Bob Mayberry Hyundai in search for a used Elantra. As a student who only works part time, I explained to our sales person, Scott Owen, that I was looking for something used with lo for a used Elantra. Although they didn't have any used Elantra's on the lot that particular day, he managed to put me in a brand new 2014 Elantra for the price I was looking for. In the time we spent there, Scott was never pushy and made me feel very comfortable about buying my first car. He really seemed to understand my needs and worked hard to give me what I wanted. While deciding to officially buy the car, we dealt with Dustin Speights and Clayton King. They were wonderful people and almost made us forget that we were going thru the long process of buying a car. After the big decision to buy the car, they didn't simply see us to the door. Bob Mayberry and 1 other dealer were the only respondents within 24 hrs. that I heard from via email. I preferred the 2 model and discount pricing from Bob Mayberry. I also received a call from Emily Warrington providing more information. The following day Crystal Cranford called to arrange a test drive, which I accepted. Crystal had the vehicle ready that I was interested in when I arrived. Her presentation and knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. Never rushing and very friendly - she even took the time to set-up my IPhone with the Sat-Nav pkg. Test drive was impressive and I had decided to make a offer to buy this vehicle. Negotiations went smoothly and I think both parties achieved their goals. The price I paid was within the range that I was happy with. I had pre approved financing with my credit union and Crystal suggested Hyundai financing. We successfully worked with Dustin Speights, Finance Mgr. and got a lower interest rate. To my surprise I was able to have my Santa-Fe delivered and full tank of gas the same day. My overall experience was the best in buying a new car. I know auto dealers have gotten a bad rap in the past, but this was a NEW DAY in purchasing a Hyundai from Bob Mayberry. More

A Great Buying Experience I was going to check on three dealer to compare pricing and after sale services. After meeting with Clayton King and hearing about the after sale ser I was going to check on three dealer to compare pricing and after sale services. After meeting with Clayton King and hearing about the after sale services and in addition meeting the staff on the administrative and services side I was sold on Bob Mayberry Hyundai. The new car would be our 3rd Hyundai but the first from this dealership. I am confident that my future relationship with this dealership will be great. They did everything right from the trade in to the delivery of my new vehicle in a couple of hours. I had no intentions of closing the deal that day but Clayton and his teem make the decision easy. At one time I had excellent credit. Then my husband was diagnosed with cancer, and after a few months he died. My credit took a nose dive because I was overwhelmed with debt, and medical bills. It has been so hard. I went to so many different dealerships trying to buy a car and everyone said no. I decided to call before I went in. I was very transparent and honest with Ted and he was totally honest with me. He said he could not promise me anything but he would work very hard on my behalf and HE DID!!! As a woman buying a car I was so afraid of being taken advantage of but I did not have to worry. Ted introduced me to Clayton who was such a gentle natured kindhearted man who helped me complete my application and gave me an Elantra to test drive and see if I was comfortable with the car and let me tell you... I LOVED IT!!! When I returned I got the great news that I would receive financing and be able to drive out the dealership with a brand new car and a payment that was absolutely wonderful and comfortable for me to make. Ted explained all the paperwork to me before I signed anything. This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. ALL the staff was extremely nice and courteous Clayton was so personable and knowledgeable about the car we were interested had at a car dealership. Everything was laid out in a manner that I could understand and even dealing with finance to seal the deal was different than any other experience. Ted Kipp, the finance guy was great as well. He contacted the different companies and you could tell he was on our side, negotiating the best deal to give us the most bang for out buck. Clayton called us before we got there to confirm our appointment, texted me directions from his cellphone and had the car waiting for us to test drive. It wasn't an uncomfortable, awkward drive, like I've had other times. He educated us on just about everything about the car. You could tell he loved what he did and wasn't all about his commission.
