I am an internet customer and wanted to share my experience with this dealer. I made an offer for a Hyundai Genesis Premium Package. The internet sales rep. was very nice and quick to respond. Sh experience with this dealer. I made an offer for a Hyundai Genesis Premium Package. The internet sales rep. was very nice and quick to respond. She worked hard to get me to my price and went over and above to help me in all aspects of the deal. I shopped across the eastern and central part of NC, from New Bern to Raleigh, from Charlotte to Virginia and found this dealer willing to work to acheive the price for the car I wanted. Even though in the end I purchased from a dealer slightly closer to me (2 hours closer) I was extremely pleased with all the hard work they put in this deal. I actually felt a little guilty I didnt purchase from them because they were so kind and genuien but it was not for lack of their trying I can assure you. I certainly would recommend this dealer and had a very pleasant, not pushy, no pressure experience. For all their hard work I give this dealer 5 STARS. If you do internet shopping please check with Mariann Taylor she was wonderful!! More

I was immediately introduced to Paul Moore who took me to the car I was interested in and took me for a test drive. Upon returning my trade in was appraised and financing options were reviewed with me. This was a true No-Haggle experience, the price was exactly was I was looking for with a great trade-in value for my trade. Thank you Paul and Bob Mayberry Hyundai for this FABULOUS exerience, it was definately worth the drive and I am so excited about my new car! More
This is my second Genesis purchased from Paul Moore at Bob Mayberry Hyundai. After my initial contact with Paul on the telephone I worked with Mike Miller on the trade terms etc. (Paul had an unexpected Bob Mayberry Hyundai. After my initial contact with Paul on the telephone I worked with Mike Miller on the trade terms etc. (Paul had an unexpected family illness to attend to) The car had to come from another dealer and was ready to be picked up as promised. Paul quickly processed all the paperwork and we went over all the details of the car. (Which button does what etc.) Can't thank Ted Kipp enough for his help with financing and finalizing the deal. Bob Mayberry should be proud of their sales organization. All the folks I spoke with were professional, knowledgeable about the product and most important, honest and straightforward. More

I have bought 5 or 6 cars from Gene at several different dealerships over the past 15 years. He is very courteous and did everything to get me into my Sonata. We bought a beautiful used 2009 vehicle from Napoleon for lower than our target price, which no other dealer could even come close to. Very satisfied. Ted Kipp plowed through the paperwork and got me on my way quickly. Left happy with a very clean car and a full tank of gas. I am a loyal Hyundai customer. I’ve owned a 2011 Genesis Coupe, and I currently own a 2012 Genesis Sedan and 2013 Genesis Coupe. I traded in my old GenCoupe over a month ago towards the lease of my new GenC Coupe, and I currently own a 2012 Genesis Sedan and 2013 Genesis Coupe. I traded in my old GenCoupe over a month ago towards the lease of my new GenCoupe. Naturally, I wanted to cancel the extended warranty and GAP protection I purchased when I bought my 2011 new from the dealership (Bob Mayberry Hyundai, in Monroe NC). It’s been over a month now, and I get nothing but the run-around from the dealership on getting my refund. I’ve left messages with Ted Kipp, the finance manager, and have not had any success in getting MY money back. Is there nothing Hyundai can do in this process to influence the behavior of a dealership that carries their name? This entire process has been very frustrating. Disgruntled More
