Great Car Buying Experience I found a 2020 Santa Fe that we were interested in. My husband went to test drive it when I was at work and was able to take it on an extended test dr I found a 2020 Santa Fe that we were interested in. My husband went to test drive it when I was at work and was able to take it on an extended test drive to bring it to me in Fort Mill so I could drive it too. We absolutely loved Ed, could not speak more highly of him. we were glad Cristal set us up with him. she was great too. Griffin was also very nice, thorough, knew and understood what he was explaining. However Danny came into the office like gang busters, basically telling us that its a good deal but he wouldnt be hurt if we walked away since it was such a good deal. kind of put the hammer down on us and played "bad cop" but i also saw an exchange while i was going to the restroom that he had with an employee. i have been in banking all of my life, if there was anything i learned is respect and if there is an issue, take it behind a closed door. we were very closed to leaving at that moment. actually stepped outside but due to Ed, and being loyal to him and the deal and car we stayed. we have a 781 and 736 fico, 22 yrs in the field and 2 years here, we were highly qualified and he said only one bank picked us up it was just badly worded. that was the only thing that was disappointing, it could have been handled much better and different. the car detailer, ed and griffin were amazing. glad we have the car. I told him not to "bother" me until I knew what I wanted to do. HE ACTUALLY LISTENED. I went back to Hyundai in May 2020 and he was off that day. Because he listened to me, I really wanted to give him the sale. I waited until he was working, got there 30 min before his shift ended and he was great. He explained all the new features, and was patient with some of my ignorance. From start to finish, the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Bob Mayberry and Peter. More
