Just got my 5th vehicle from the Team at Mayberry. They have pulled off some minor miracles for my family, and once again their service was outstanding! My only issue is not being closer to the dealership so that I can take full advantage of the services that are offered, since I moved almost an hour from the location. More

James was awesome! Set up an appointment for a test drive at 9:30 and he was ready when I arrived. I left the dealership with my new car by 12:30 that day! James and the man who did my financing were both outstanding. No pushy sales pitches or games. While I signed my final paperwork James even filled my gas tank, got me a car wash and set up my Bluetooth and app connection for my car. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend James Pigg and the Bob Mayberry team. More
Horrible experience dealing with James Pigg and Bob Mayberry Hyundai. I purchased a vehicle with them. James Pigg and the dealership made sure to make it very difficult and impossible to make this happen. Communication was horrible during this time. Before coming in to trade in my vehicle James Pigg emailed and called all the time. As soon as I made the purchase and wanted to trade in the vehicle, in under a few weeks, it was very difficult for him to respond to calls or emails. I was going through a very tough personal situation and was taken advantage of with the overall price of the vehicle as well. I still have this vehicle and are still unhappy. Working with other dealerships in Charlotte. The first thing they say is "Bob Mayberry took advantage of you". I had a great experience with my first lease at Bob Mayberry 3 years ago. That sales associate went to Scott Clark Toyota. But I thought James Pigg would offer the same car shopping experience, but I was wrong. More

One dealer suggested a car without the HTRAC, another priced me a car (just like I wanted) and I was about to write a check then noticed no HTRAC! Another young man sold me a car, took my $1k deposit then couldn't get the car! I had to call the manager after 2 weeks to get my refund back! Then James Pigg emailed me (with his picture) saying he had the car I wanted. I saw gray hair and knew I found MY dealer. The Palisade spec'd out right by my list. We dickered over the price and made the deal. No xx, no changing prices, and gave me a rebate since I wasn't a Hyundai owner. Not only James, but everyone at Bob Mayberry including the other salesmen were as polite as can be. They even drove 100 miles to delivery the car. Love the car, but love more gaining back a lot of respect for good car dealers. More
