We did our homework on line and knew what we wanted. Upon arriving , we were quickly greeted by Tim Smith. I must say that this was the start of a great experience. He worked with us patiently and showed us several car we had picked out. We told him that we weren't going to buy today , but that we just waned to hear their best deal.We ended up buying on the spot. I recommend Bob Mayberry to anyone looking for a vehicle.They have an awesome website and very professional people available to help you. More

Did not honor emailed lease price they sent me. My daughter wanted to lease a Hyundai Tucson Sport. She obtained a lease quote from Bob Mayberry online. My daughter verified it with the salesman bef My daughter wanted to lease a Hyundai Tucson Sport. She obtained a lease quote from Bob Mayberry online. My daughter verified it with the salesman before we went to the dealership. The quote price had Bob Mayberry's logo on it. The salesman Ed Roary said the quote was good. When I got to the dealership I verified that the New Car Manager Darnell Barrow had also received the quote. He said yes. I proceeded to work with saleman Ed Roary. He seemed to ignore the fact that we already had a quote. He went through a lot of personal questions as well as information about work experience and what my daughter wanted in a car. Finally he went to the new car manager, Darnell Barrow and obtained a final quote. Instead of the email quote quote of $269/mo. or one close to it, they actually printed a quote of $366/mo. They offered a quote of $100 more than the online quote! No mention was made of the online quote. Instead they tried to convince me that $366 was accurate, saying the original quote “did not include taxes and documentation”. They read out loud the fine print on the online quote which referenced the tax and documentation fees. They said they don't know what those are until they know what tax region we are in. However, I knew that even if what they said was true, that would have added at the most only $20/mo. Once I showed them that they were wrong, they started to scramble and actually try to locate the original quote. They claimed they couldn’t find it. We showed them the quote on my daughter’s computer. And we showed them where we emailed the quote to them to verify it before coming. Ultimately words were exchanged as I told them flat out that they were not making a good-faith effort to honor the email price. When Darnell Barrow, the new car manager said “sometimes we can’t do business with some people,” my daughter walked out. I followed her. She said, “If they are not going to be fair about the lease purchase, what else are they not going to be fair about. Ed Roary seemed to be a very nice guy but he wasn't able to convince the managers to give us a quote close to the one we came in with. I wasn’t going to buy any car after that experience. However, after we calmed down a bit, we went to Keffer Hyundai and ended up buying a car there. Keefer Hyundai was not the cheapest price but at least they are honest. I hereby give people permission to use my experience. If someone asks you for a quote saying they already have a quote from Bob Mayberry, you may quote what I have said above. P.
