I first came here two years ago after Keffer Hyundai completely messed up my application by confusing My experience with this dealership was amazing. I first came here two years ago after Keffer Hyundai completely messed up my application by confusing which was my part time and full time job, sending me home in a car for the weekend and telling me to sign my contract on Monday. They told me we had a deal with everything I wanted but accounting had left (because I spent 8+ hours there). Only to get there on Monday to find out they lied and were only guessing. I decided to come to bob Mayberry and they did everything they could to fix it, understandably they weren't able to help me because Keffer had submitted an application that was "false" and all creditors saw me as a liablity because "someone" was untruthful. So fast forward two years to last week and I instantly choose bob Mayberry without hesitation to buy my car. (Even tho all of the other Hyundai dealers are closer to my house and In Charlotte where I live.) I was helped as soon as I came. Greeted by multiple people but I had an appointment. John, the internet manager and moonlighting salesman, came to help me by showing me cars. As soon as he heard exactly my price, that I was approved already and I had a trade in everything took off from there. My original interest rate was high and he found me an investor within Hyundai (my lender was USAA) that was able to get it lower and to where I wanted my payments to be--with a down payment of course. You have to give a little to get a little faith. This entire process took about 4 hours (from walking in to leaving in my new hyundai). No where near as long as the 8+ plus hours at Keffer or coming back another day spending three hours waiting to hear they wanted me to make $500 payments on an accent! What a joke. Not once did I feel pressured at bob Mayberry. They came to me with multiple offers but as soon as I said no they never backed me into a corner making me feel as if I didn't have options. They found options for me. They got me the best deal I believe to be out there for me and I will continue to buy from them and tell everyone to make the drive here. I'm forever greatful that they helped me buy my first brand new car. Walk into this dealership with an open mind and some flexibility and I'm confident they will help you the best they can! More
