The salesman I worked with, Joe M., did an outstanding job helping me through the experience. He was excellent at showing me the various features of the Santa Fe that I bought. Joe even took time on his day off to come to my house and help me program the garage door opener. I have never had that kind of customer service from dealerships in the past. I highly recommend Bob Mayberry and Joe M. to other people who may be thinking of buying a new vehicle in the near future. More

Worst deal I've ever made Beware of buying used vehicles from this dealership, regardless if they say that it is in "excellent shape" or "inspected". I purchased a truck on May Beware of buying used vehicles from this dealership, regardless if they say that it is in "excellent shape" or "inspected". I purchased a truck on May 13th, the night I got home both batteries were completely dead. Had receipts to show the dealership for new replaced batteries and receipts showing the previous ones were dead. Along with that, May 28th when I was driving from kentucky to North Carolina, while in cruise control, the truck snapped its crankshaft. Notified the dealership, they said they will not help with the bill. I asked about maybe reimbursement of my rental vehicle I have had since said day. They still refused. It is now the 15th of June, the truck is finally getting out back together, and I now have $6200 of bills in the past month from the truck. More

I called and purchased this car over This was the BEST & smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. John Troxell & the staff were fantastic!! I called and purchased this car over the phone and had it delivered to my son in VA. We didn't test drive or see it in person before signing the contract. Based on trust & internet pictures...we made the purchase and I am still in AWE of how PERFECT the transaction was...clear down to the timely delivery!! My biggest pet peeve with dealerships are the game playing of the salesperson running back and forth to the manager trying to make a deal. With Bob Mayberry Hyundai...there was NONE of that mess...thank you LORD!! :) HUGE thumbs UP for this dealership, staff & especially John Troxell!!!!! More

Great Service and Friendly Atmosphere I bought my first car from Bob Mayberry. I enjoyed the staff and felt they were friendly and straightforward. My only concerns were that when I bought I bought my first car from Bob Mayberry. I enjoyed the staff and felt they were friendly and straightforward. My only concerns were that when I bought the brand new car, it was delivered to me with nearly 2500 miles on it. I did not notice this at first and wished that the staff had noted that before filing the paperwork. I do take responsibility for not paying attention to this at first, but I also didn't understand why a brand new car had that much mileage on it. Regardless, I was very satisfied with the effort of the staff on coming to a reasonable deal with me on the car. They were friendly and understanding and worked with me and my family. We will be returning to this store for service and potentially a new vehicle. More
