My Ioniq Experience I had been looking forward to this vehicle since it was first announced years ago; my choice was either Ioniq or Niro. The Kia dealer did not know th I had been looking forward to this vehicle since it was first announced years ago; my choice was either Ioniq or Niro. The Kia dealer did not know their product, which was over $5,000 higher than the comparable Ioniq and offered less interior space and lower MPG. No one else offered any kind of deal on Ioniq and "the largest dealer in the Carolinas" would not even offer extended warranty; one dealer wouldn't even return my call. I came into Bob Mayberry with the information for the vehicle I wanted. Sales manager was super and matched me with a salesperson who listened instead of selling. Mayberry searched area dealerships for two weeks to find exactly the vehicle I requested. When the tonneau cover and bumper protector were not available at purchase, the two-week shipping time dropped to next day, installed that same afternoon. THEY TOOK CARE OF ME! More
