I had already gone to several other popular dealerships who did not listen they wanted to sell me what they wanted not what I asked for so I walked out. When I met Bill the first thing I said was I want a Hyundai Sonata not an Elantra. I want leather interior, low milage, and pay the price I want. If unable to do this that is fine we do not need to waste each others time. Bill was so professional and kind. He listened. We looked at a few cars on line. Because I had called the day before they already had some cars warmed up and ready for me to see. However, Bill really understood and respected what I was saying. The first car he showed me met all of my expectations and more. I was even able to afford to get bumper to bumper coverage. Something I had never done before. I am very happy with my car and my expierence. Truthfully, I came here a few years ago and it was a different team which did not listen and I said I would never come here again. When I saw the name Bob Mayberry I would go the other way. However, now I will not hesitate to go there and I have been telling all of my frends about my experience, I feel that Bill is the main reason that I will return to Bob Mayberry.
