Doesn't stand by the vehicles they sell Recently bought a 2006 used Ford truck from this dealer. In the first year, spent well over 4000 on repairs. Was told that the fuel filter needed to b Recently bought a 2006 used Ford truck from this dealer. In the first year, spent well over 4000 on repairs. Was told that the fuel filter needed to be replaced due to the water in fuel light coming on. It had been fixed once, as the light came on the day after taking delivery. Roughly 7000 miles later, the light came on again. When the vehicle was brought back, I was told that the filter needed replaced again, and to make sure I was using the right diesel. Ford recommends the fuel filter be replaced every 15000 miles, so I had not even put on half that. Ended up taking the truck to another mechanic and he diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor in the fuel system within 5 minutes of being there. Had the sensor cleaned and replaced and the light has not come back on since. Today, I took the truck to a tire dealer to have the tires rotated and balanced, and the check the pressure. The dealer wouldn't even touch the truck as the tires that are on it are not to the correct specs. The tires were brand new on the truck when it was purchased. Bob Mayberry knowingly put tires that are not rated to handle the weight of the truck, let alone any sort of load or trailer. So now, I have to purchase 4 new tires to the cost of roughly 1500 for a truxk that I've owned for just over a year, increasing the total cost of repairs to 5500. Extremely upset with this dealership and will NEVER recommend or set foot back on their property. They are a bunch of people that do not care about their customers. More
