Best dealership I've dealt with so far I have dealt with several car dealerships in the past. Unfortunately, Korean car dealership generally gives me the worst experience for some reason. B I have dealt with several car dealerships in the past. Unfortunately, Korean car dealership generally gives me the worst experience for some reason. Bob Mayberry, however, turns out to be hands down the best dealership I've dealt with. I live about 2 hours away, so when I requested for information. I wanted to know how much is the price they can go, how much my trade in worth, etc. I don't want to drive 2 hours there to haggle, it is wasting everyone's time. I was able to do most of the dealing online. I contacted Bob Mayberry Friday afternoon, Paul replied me via email and text. I gave him all the information I have on hand, and told him the number I am looking for. He then provided me with the number, I liked it, went down Saturday afternoon to test drive. Trade in my car, and drove off with the new vehicle. Whole process took less than 24 hours, and mostly done via text and email. While all the other dealerships use the usual trapping scheme of "you need to come in to talk number", and then try to put you on a guilt trip to make you sign. There were some issue with the vehicle, and Paul had it taken care of as well. I just came back, get a loaner car while the issue being repaired with a loaner car, then drove off. I did have a chance to chat with other customers while at the waiting room. Several have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years or so, and purchase several vehicle from Bob Mayberry. It's not hard to understand why. I highly recommend this dealership for their flexibility, price and friendliness. More

Genesis rocks This is my third Genesis. I really like the improvements in the 2015 series. My only negative is the poor resale value. If anything rains on Hyundai This is my third Genesis. Separating Genesis from Hyundai will hopefully improve a bad situation. Running lights that would stay on (led) fogs would be an improvement. More
