Cons: · Delivered my new 2026 Tucson with only 1 key (standard is 2). · Lost the second key and refused to replace the lock cylinders to elimi Cons: · Delivered my new 2026 Tucson with only 1 key (standard is 2). · Lost the second key and refused to replace the lock cylinders to eliminate the physical security risk (the lost key has a manual blade that still opens doors). · Refused to reimburse me $513.26 for window tint I installed—even though they offered an exchange, they wouldn't cover the cost. · Refused any compensation for my time, travel, and lost work hours. · Sales Manager Paul Marcum was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. Bottom line: They will do the bare minimum (program a replacement) but won't take full responsibility for their mistake. I highly recommend avoiding Hyundai of Union County. More
