Thanks for the reply, Clinton. The other sales of the same unit at the prices I mentioned and in the 1-2 days time to sell were verified through the very few of that configuration that had been listed as available in the last month, what they sold for, and how quickly they sold. That is what the other dealer looked at and purchased for $30,000+ more than your offer and I believe has already sold it. Thanks, John
