Very poor communication. Dropped vehicle off on the 19th, no one called me until the 27th. Called several times, and also texted, the day after vehicle was scheduled (22nd), Dropped vehicle off on the 19th, no one called me until the 27th. Called several times, and also texted, the day after vehicle was scheduled (22nd), never got a response to either. Service writer was very non-informative. No E.T.A. on completion once repairs were approved. I brought it in because inner fender had oil all over it, when I picked it up, still has oil all over it. Not impressed. More
