I went in to see the 2011 200 Chrysler Convertible I had seen on the internet. But first, I had filled out a form to receive a $500 Internet coupon and right away I got a call from Curtis. After speaking with him, I decided to go see the car. When I arrived, the car was sitting at the front door with my name on a welcome sign on the dashboard. Curtis came out and meet me and then I took a test drive with Robert. That was on a Monday and the rest of the week I thought about the car and test drove others. I had many follow up calls and emails from Curtis and even the GM. I went back in on Saturday, test drove the car again and bought it. We paid for the car up front so I don't really have any feedback on the finance process. More
