I received an update in less than 45 minutes (I left the car at the service center) and the work was done much quicker than I expected. I've had work done on my car at another dealer in the OKC Metro, and felt like there was something missing in terms of communication, and that there was up-sell for services that do not fall under my service plan/warranty. I'm very pleased that I traveled the extra miles for Bob Moore Ford, and feel like it is a more customer-focused operation. I appreciate that Josh got the job done quickly, and also was able to make sure the work done fell within the parameters of my service plan/warranty. More

Car service times are just as they state by phone, usually I am in and out within an hour. if anything else comes up, they come and let me know before anything's done and let me know if another time is needed to fix the repairs. I've never had a problem with anybody at Bob Moore Ford service center. I will keep going here! More
