I negotiated my purch The sales staff and finance manager definitely tried to go above and beyond for me; however, the sales management group did not. I negotiated my purchase with the sales person via text/email/phone call and paperwork was supposed to be ready upon my arrival to save time (I was toting my 19month toddler along and with kids you don’t have hours to play the “buy a car” game); it was not ready and the management team wanted to continue the negotiation game for 2 hours. The finance manager pushed paperwork quickly and efficiently and was very understanding of my now overly exhausted toddler. All in all I did purchase a new vehicle but would like to see a truly streamlined buying experience that doesn’t take 3+ hours after the test drive and purchase price have been agreed upon. More

The Works Package & Ford Recall Josh did a great job taking care of my Ford Explorer and explaining the recall process along with the battery corrosion issue.
