I scheduled my appointment online for 7am Saturday morning and showed up a few minutes early. When I arrived the gates were still locked until 7:05 then a guy pulled in next to me and opened them. I drove in and went to the service department door and waited until 7:30, then they opened the large doors and had me drive in. Had to replace a shifter bushing & he did that under warranty Chad Richardson took care of everything and communicated with me every step of the way.
