Josh had Me covered- 105k mile service. Josh got me checked in, good follow up on this large amount of Diesel fluids/filters TBO service and kept me informed. I had to call toward end of day to make sure I was going to get it back the same day but it was ready. The service Dept could do a quick vacuum on interior for $1100 service charge. Small token of appreciation by a service dept that I was impressed with at Reynolds Ford in past. My current diesel truck was originally purchased at Bob Moore so thought I’d stay with Dealer of record. Sometimes it’s the smaller details that matter. More
