Oil change 6 1/2 hour oil change. I set an appointment 3 days in advance. Dropped my car off at 9 didn’t pick it up until 4 and that’s fibing then an extra 30 mi 6 1/2 hour oil change. I set an appointment 3 days in advance. Dropped my car off at 9 didn’t pick it up until 4 and that’s fibing then an extra 30 minutes cause it was “early” called a few times and they said an hour next call an hour and a half then an hour. When I wen to pick my car up he said “ oh i was JUST about to call you”. I asked why it took so long and he said “ we take people’s car who is “physically here first” THEN WHY THE xxxx DO YOU HAVE A CHOISE TO CHOOSE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT???!!!!” Crazy as xxxx. Y’all need to fix something! Thanks More
