Excellent service I’d been having issues with my Escape, and learned that I had a warranty to cover any mechanical issues. I called Bob Moore Ford on a Friday, was put in touch with Dusty, and dropped my car off on the following Monday. Within a few days we had a plan of action, on what to do and how much it was going to cost. Luckily, since I had the extended warranty, I only had a small deductible to pay. Throughout the whole service process, Dusty kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on with my car and the warranty company. During the time that my car was being worked on, they put me in a loaner car to make sure that I wasn’t inconvenienced for work. Once the parts were received, the work was done, I was able to pick up my car at my earliest convenience. After picking up my car, there was another issue, and I was able to bring it back for extra work. We finally got everything fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! More

Dependable Customercentric Service at Bob Moore Ford Scheduling service was easy. The service advisor promptly & courteously greeted me when I pulled up. We went over & confirmed what was being done. The shuttle driver is a friendly, respecful fellow & he left the dealership on time. The service performed was exactly as we discussed & was complete in a few hours after dropping off the vehicle. First time Ford buyer Visited the dealer coming from a long Toyota ownership (5 total), this was my first time ever in a Ford dealer, and I truly felt the team was helping Visited the dealer coming from a long Toyota ownership (5 total), this was my first time ever in a Ford dealer, and I truly felt the team was helping me understand the F-150 trim levels, options, and their trucks. Overall the driving experience, the support provided by the two salesman who went above and beyond which they made sure to answer multiple questions I had, and the overall no pressure sense was the reason they got my business. The overall dealer experience has been positive, in fact I took ownership of the truck and noticed it had a small rock ring on the front bumper, and the dealer didn’t hesitate to touch it up to protect my truck, this was after 6 days of ownership.
