I only bring my vehicle to Bob Moore and it is nice to get to know the service staff and see familiar faces each time I bring my vehicle in. They know me by name & always greet me with a smile. I am kept informed of the progress during my stay & a follow up text & thank you card are always sent to me. Free WiFi is available & they offer to drive you to work, home, etc. Great place! 😊 More

Excellent service as I have always received from this dealer Logged in on line and and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for the next morning. In the morning following a brief wait in line for the shop to open, I was greeted.by My service advisor Dusty who explained the dash would have to be removed which could take several hours, However, I had anticipated leaving the vehicle. and as I live close by he was able to arrange for a ride home.
