No inspection was done on my car. I came into Bob Moore Ford early Tuesday morning to get an airbag recall taken care of. I was depending on the service to also include a free, detailed multi-point inspection. They gave me an inspection sheet with everything marked in the green and so I decided to double check their work and I find no fluids topped off, front brakes under 5mm, and rear brakes under 3mm. I'm giving a 2 star rather than a one star only for the fact that they finished my car and contacted me on or before the ETA the service advisor gave me. I rely on the dealership to accurately check all the maintinence that needs to be preformed on my car since I don't have a vehicle lift at home to check for myself. If my inspection would have been done correctly, this review would have been a 4 star. More
