Disrespectful Technician The technician that drove my car was driving my car way too fast in the parking lot. I have a 2018 Focus ST and he got the turbo up to pretty much the The technician that drove my car was driving my car way too fast in the parking lot. I have a 2018 Focus ST and he got the turbo up to pretty much the maximum boost level that the car reaches just in the parking lot which is completely uncalled for. I don’t appreciate my car being driven so hard by someone that is supposed to be fixing my car not potentially breaking it. If that is how Ford technicians treat customers vehicles then I will not be getting any more work or service done at this dealership if the technicians can’t treat my property with respect. I have video of the technician reaching speeds of about 30 mph in the crowded dealership parking lot. The needle on the boost gauge shouldn’t even move while being driven through the parking lot because the technician should not be going full throttle through the parking lot. There were also some scuffs left on my wheels from the technician not being careful while removing the wheels. More
