There was a mixup on the trade in given for my vehicle. The contract listed $400 less than what I was quoted for my car. My husband and I did some online shopping for an SUV with a third row, and after reading many reviews we decided on a Chevy Traverse. After shopping around for the best price, we ended up at Bob Moore Ford i a third row, and after reading many reviews we decided on a Chevy Traverse. Dennis and I were actually in communication a couple of days before we came to see the Traverse, and when we arrived the car was pulled up to the door and already cooled off... that went a long way with us :) We drove it around and were very pleased with it's performance. We told Dennis what price we wanted to stay under, and how much we wanted our payments to be and he delivered! They also gave us a very fair trade value for our 2007 Ford Edge. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience at Bob Moore. We never felt pressured or haggled... or like they were playing games with us. From the time we pulled in until the time we pulled out, we were there for about an hour and a half total. We will definately be coming back to Bob Moore (and Dennis) for our next vehicle :) More
