Ryan was very professional throughout the buying process and very knowledgeable about the truck and different options available on the Raptor. We never felt pressured to purchase even when we told Ryan and Ricky that we weren't going to purchase on the first day after coming back from our test drive. The next day Ryan arranged for us to drive the truck and take it home so we could make sure it was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. Ryan was very thorough explaining and showing us how all the systems in the truck worked before we took it home. I would highly recommend Ryan and Bob Moore Ford! More

Bob Moore was beyond helpful. I needed to have my escape taken in to have some work done on it and couldn't get it in to the dealership I bought it from. It died on the highway a couple of weeks ago and the taken in to have some work done on it and couldn't get it in to the dealership I bought it from. It died on the highway a couple of weeks ago and they took it in without an appointment and worked on it for me and even found some other issues and took care of those well. 10/10 will use again. More

Worked hard to alleviate my problem Went above and beyond to insure all systems were go, even by comparing the action of a brand new vehicle to mine. I was complaining about my rear sensors not being sensitive as my 2007 expedition, it appears that if the vehicle is equipped with self parking these sensors are are utilized for close quarters detection. After all the checks Jeff had done I am happy. More

Quality work and timely service I appreciate Ryan taking care of us and getting our vehicle serviced as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was able to get our car's issues diagnosed within a day, and the car was ready to come back home within three days. He was upfront with us about the issues and gave us realistic timelines, which I appreciate. The service center was able to get our car's issues resolved, and it drives like new again. While we are pleased with the service center's performance in repairing the vehicle, the cost of Ford parts, especially to repair the steering gear on an 2013 Escape, are outrageous. It's disappointing to have to shell out a couple grand to fix the steering gear from normal wear and tear on this vehicle at 107k miles. As far as quality, professionalism, and timeliness, I am very pleased with Bob Moore Ford's service center. As far as cost, especially the parts, I am disappointed. More
