Very polite and friendly. It is something I have always dreaded taking my car in for maintenance, but Saturday was a game changer. I took my car to Bob Moore Ford Oklahoma City It is something I have always dreaded taking my car in for maintenance, but Saturday was a game changer. I took my car to Bob Moore Ford Oklahoma City for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise. They spoke to me as soon as I got out of my car, they was up front on my waiting time, showed me where waiting room was asked if I needed anything. Told me if I decided I would like coffee or water where it was. Right after I sat down I received a text tell me if I needed anything or had any questions to let them know. As other workers walked past me they spoke and smiled. We nice experience this will be my new place for car maintenance. More
