Ford Edge I contacted several dealers about purchasing a new car. Bob moore was the only one that was responsive. The doc fee was completely outrageous though. Long and uninformative After dropping off my car at 10:30 am. I sat and waited for a simple recall check, and my car wasn’t available to get picked up until 3:30. I waited for hours, without any update of the status of my vehicle. I looked over to see the service station employees to see them goofing off and playing games in the shop. When I asked if my car was almost done around 1, they said 5 more minutes. However my car wasn’t pulled around for pickup until 3:30. More
