After my test drive Kermit explained the major features of the vehicle. Ian Farnham in the finance department was very helpful as well as he was able to offer me a better interest rate than my credit union had. After I completed financing, Kermit gave me a thorough walk around of the vehicle including explaining the features of the infotainment center. However the story change when it was a battery and computer reprogramming. So I charged for the battery and diagnostic. More
