Great Customer Service I came into Bob Moore Ford on Monday the 28th. This was not a planed service, as I was simply traveling from Vinita to Ardmore. I had a blown radiat I came into Bob Moore Ford on Monday the 28th. This was not a planed service, as I was simply traveling from Vinita to Ardmore. I had a blown radiator hose on a 2018 F-150. I had talked to Dusty Rose on the phone and he got my vehicle right in. I was given a loaner vehicle to continue my trip to Ardmore. After my work training on the 29th, I returned to the dealer and my vehicle was finished and they sent me on my way. From my personal experience with other dealers, the customer service was unmatched. Dusty and the rest of the service crew went out of their way to get me back on the road with little to no time wasted. I have never been a customer of Bob Moore Ford, but would highly recommend them. More

Raptor Vehicle was as advertised, sales and internet staff were helpful and courteous. Rebuilt engine Had a rebuilt engine installed and the transmission fluid was not checked and the oil pan leaks.
