Stranded in OKC I was 100 miles from home, my truck would not start. I called the service department, they suggested a tow truck. As I walked into the service departm I was 100 miles from home, my truck would not start. I called the service department, they suggested a tow truck. As I walked into the service department I was greeted with hello how can we help you. Jeff Gann, went above and beyond! There were no rental cars available. He said no problem and put me one of his! I verified I was miles from home, he assured me not to worry. He was in constant communication giving me updated information on my truck. I can not say enough great things about my experience. More
