2018 F-150 I have had a couple of issues with my F-150. Dusty was my contact for My Service. Let me say I am in the business with a lot of customer interactions I have had a couple of issues with my F-150. Dusty was my contact for My Service. Let me say I am in the business with a lot of customer interactions and Dusty was always very professional even when there were adverse conversations he had to deal with. The dealership wouldn’t allow a rental vehicle and the reasoning was because I did not buy from them. Dusty handle those conversations well even when I did not make it easy on him. When the parts finally came in, he and the tech got right on it and finished it up for me. Even tho I was not please with BM policies, I would go back because of the way Dusty worked with me. My hats off to Dusty. BM should feel proud to have a young man like Dusty. Thank You Dusty! More
