Amazing place! I bought my 2019 Altima here. And every few months come in for a oil change and tire rotation. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. But the recept I bought my 2019 Altima here. Blown spark plug on my motor I blew a spark plug out of the motor. Of course it was on one of my work trucks. It’s a 2016 E-350. I’m not naive enough to think that vehicles won’t I blew a spark plug out of the motor. Of course it was on one of my work trucks. It’s a 2016 E-350. I’m not naive enough to think that vehicles won’t break down but good grief, it’s a 3 year old work truck and I take immaculate care of it. That’s a side issue though. Bob Moore took great care of me and had me up and running within 24 hours. It cost about what i figured it should and while they were at it, I had them tune it up and change out every other plug. I don’t mind paying good money for good work. Jeff Gann helped me out and I can’t thank him enough, he is very customer service oriented and focused on getting the job done well. Thanks Jeff More
