Scott P. was upfront with me and told me he would only trust his best guys to work on it whom work during the week days only. He gave me a nice loaner car and I was set as far as habimg a ride. End of the day tuesday the problem was diagnosed. By wednesday, midmorning I believe, the clutch was replaced. An approximately 24 hour turnaround from Tuesday when the mechanic made it in (Monday was a holiday) for transmission work... pretty impressive. The manager Scott kept me updated every step of the way. Chris was responsive and worked hard. Like I said, they really did me a solid. More

Long Wait I took my truck smoking to the dealer twice and on the third time i talked to the service supervisor before they said i had a problem and would fix it I took my truck smoking to the dealer twice and on the third time i talked to the service supervisor before they said i had a problem and would fix it. It took over 10 weeks to get the parts in and 7 days to fix it. The second time i was in the service person said they checked it last time and said no problem and no need to check again. But supervisor said he had sent a message out about my problem and did not no why I was not taken care of. He got me with Josh and he got the thing going. More

Best Service in 5 years of dealing with Ford. Service was good. Curious why notes regarding corrosion around my battery connect was not mentioned since the notes state battery was tested. Other than that everything was great. I came in for an oil change and questions regarding a recall. My service guy Jeff Gann was extremely busy but was able to remain very friendly and take the time to offer additional services and unexpectedly took care of the recall. I will be returning within the next 30 days to complete the additional suggested maintenance. Thanks Jeff. More
