Was inconvenienced I lost time and had to be without my car They did not double check their work. They left off the front screws to the pan under the car. And now it has a small tear/scratched. Did not fix issue I have rated the dealership so poorly because their service department would not fix the issue with my car. I brought it in 6 times for the same issue I have rated the dealership so poorly because their service department would not fix the issue with my car. I brought it in 6 times for the same issue in 7 weeks. They would say the problem was fixed and a few days after I received my car back the issue returned. Not only could they not fix my issue but they kept saying they fixed it when they were obviously not. Other parts of my car would also break after getting it back from them. The final straw was when they returned my car to me and that same day my rear passenger door would not close. I stopped going to them after that and finally took it to a different service department who was able to fix my issues. More
Took way too long with little communication My car had an airbag recall so I called ahead of time to make sure they had parts or could order them if needed. They said come on in anytime, and it would take about a day. So I dropped my car off on Friday morning where the gentleman that took my information also told me it would take about a day and it might be possible to get it that same day. Being a realist I figured that I wouldn't actually get it until Saturday, but I was fine with that. They didn't offer me a car, but I didn't care as I thought I would get my car back on Saturday. Well Saturday came and went, no call. I tried to call them but missed them as they close at 4 on Saturdays. Monday morning I sent a text through their system at 8:30am and got a reply at 10:16am stating "it will be tomorrow... we didn't have a chance to start on it Saturday." What? You haven't even started on it? I replied that they should have told me it would take days (instead of saying possibly this afternoon) and given me a loaner car. He said they were out of loaner cars. You really can't get me any car? A car company can't get me any car? A new car? A used car? A rental? Nothing?! So you might think they'll start working on it now and get it done and I'll get a call on that afternoon. Nope. Monday rolls into Tuesday... Tuesday rolls into Wednesday. I text again Wed at 9:06am, they call me a few minutes later and apologize and say they lost power Tuesday due to a storm so they weren't able to work on it, but said it's ready now. So if you couldn't work on it Tuesday, and it's Wed morning, does that mean you actually got it done on Monday? Why wasn't I notified? Maybe there was enough time left in the day to get there? Come to find out, they didn't lose power because of the storm, they had the power cut so that the electric company could fix other outages in the area. So I don't know when that took place, maybe 8am....maybe 1pm. Point is there may have been a window there were I could have came to get my car. Even if there wasn't any time, I had to initiate the conversation on Wed. How long would it have taken them to reach out? More
VERY VERY HAPPY I looked at new and used vehicles. Chris was VERY patient with me and was very knowledgeable about the different options..... It was a long draining day but having a salesman that wasn't arrogant and rude made it enjoyable. The vehicles sale themselves to an extent so the final decision is based off of the salesman and the facility you are purchasing it from. I was very pleased with the service i received at Bob Moore Ford. The sales manager was very kind as well. The facility is clean and well air conditioned. Chris offered us lunch and water multiple times (he wanted to make sure we were taken care of) He even snagged us a couple of FORD hats. These kinds of actions are what set the difference between a great salesman and just a salesman. I could have gone to any dealership that had 2020 explorers but i was pleased with the service i had from Chris and made the purchase. And thank you to the finance guy Ian! he was a pleasure to deal with as well. :) Thank you to the Bob Moore Team as it takes all to make the operation run smoothly! More

Problem not solved Came in and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. They reprogrammed my PCM but it did not solve the issue. Pleasantly surprised The service department was very helpful and accommodating while taking care of a recall on my vehicle. I wasn’t sure how to coordinate getting our car The service department was very helpful and accommodating while taking care of a recall on my vehicle. I wasn’t sure how to coordinate getting our car taken care of with two young kids, but they worked with me to get the service completed quickly. They also dropped me off at my house and picked me up again so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership while they were working on it. Everyone I communicated with in the service department was very friendly and helpful. I’m very grateful they were able to quickly and painlessly service my car. More
