I had seen the convertible 350z online. When I got to the dealership and Sam walked out and was extremely friendly. He was very informative and had a positive attitude. Craig Smith was very professional and did not use any pressue selling tactics. Craig was also very responsive to all of our requests. In addition the service we received from the Finance group and Ron pressue selling tactics. Craig was also very responsive to all of our requests. LB and Ann were very helpful. Overall it was a good experience. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The only thing is they said they would take $1000 off the internet price and come back with experience. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The only thing is they said they would take $1000 off the internet price and come back with the internet price as the discount. So they ended up taking off $500 off the internet price instead of $1000. Other than that everything was good. More
